My problems started about a year ago. I started having shooting pains going down my left arm, or horrible pain in my shoulder blade area. Even driving a car was a problem because I could not look in the side mirrors without a horrid pain. During many nights, I could not sleep in bed because I could not find a position that was not painful, and I had to sleep in my armchair. Since I spend a whole day at work sitting at the computer, I was in agony most of the time.

I was sent to physical therapy, which did not help; it made it worse. The orthopedic surgeon wanted to give me a shot in my neck, and all doctors were saying that the next step would be a surgery.
